1.Eating healthy

What you eat will appear on your face and on your over all metabolism, so always make an conscious effort to eat healthy,at times you will be drawn towards junk food,but making a healthy move,should opt for healthy eating including vegetables,lentils,pulses,fruits,salads,fluids and desserts should be added to your diet.

2.Eight hours sleep 

Always ensure to sleep for atleast 8-9 hrs  as this impacts your mental health and also makes you to be effective in your whole day work.Lack of sleep can lead to a lot of disease and a home of various harmful warnings that your body is giving you.

3.Exercise

A body in motion is a healthy body where as a body at rest is dead as the saying goes one must practice doing exercise or walking or jogging or yoga or zumba or basic stretching can help your contracted muscles relax ,improving blood circulation and keeping you fit and healthy 

4.Drinking adequate water

Drinking adequate amount of water will flush out all the toxic elements from your body,always carry a 1ltr of water bottle wherever you go and make a habit of drinking atleast eight glasses of water a day.

5.Learning

Learning is equivalent to growing,one needs to learn in order to grow personally and professionally,it will enhance your traits and help you better as a person,our goal has to be a healthy,happy and good individual.
